The open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a butler’s pantry and 8-seater table, seamlessly extends to the outdoor alfresco for a relaxed indoor-outdoor experience.
Our home offers 3 bathrooms, including a new poolside bath with LED lighting. The backyard features a heated pool with a kids’ paddle platform, plus a modern pool house with a fridge, BBQ, and dining essentials. The alfresco includes a built-in BBQ, fridge, and comfortable seating, while the garden and firepit provide a perfect retreat.
Inside, you’ll find a games room with a billiard table and two living areas. We also have a dedicated office space and amenities like ducted heating and cooling, quality linens, kids’ items, pool toys, and more.
There’s secure parking in a double garage, plus space for a boat or extra cars behind gates. Located near Moama Bowling Club and the Murray River, you’ll have easy access to local attractions and dining.
Pets are welcome with prior approval but must remain outside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up dog droppings, and any damage to the turf, garden beds or furniture will require reimbursement. Dogs are not permitted on outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own pool towels.
